Our Requirements of Clients
- Session begins and ends at scheduled times. Sessions that begin late because the client arrived late, end at appointed time and are full price.
- Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs)
- Clients provide a health history and update when necessary
- If cancellation is necessary, please give 24-hour notice or you are charged for the appointment unless it can be filled. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
- Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, checks, and any major credit cards.
- On outcall appointments if a client does not arrive 15 minutes of the appointed time, he is charged for the appointment.
- Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session is ended immediately.
- This office is a nonsmoking environment. Each client will be treated with respect and guaranteed a clean, safe, and comfortable massage in a smoke-free environment.
- Be clean, having showered the same day as the session.
- Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the treatment.
What Clients Can Expect from Us:
- We provide our clients with a competent and professional session each time they come for an appointment, addressing the client’s specific needs for the session.
- We are available to our clients between the hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. Clients may reach us by calling (860) 674 0478 or (860) 478 1536 or by e-mailing us at jollytherapeuticmassage@gmail.com .
- We return calls within 24 hours unless we are out of town.
- Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
- Appointments are confirmed the day before the session.
- We perform services for which we are qualified (physically and emotionally) and able to do, and refer our clients to appropriate specialists when work is not within our scope of practice or not in the client’s best interest.
- We provide referrals to other practitioners who could do even more with our clients.
- We keep accurate records and review charts before each session.
- We customize our session to meet the client’s needs.
- We stay current with information and techniques by reading, receiving regular sessions (of the same service we provide) and taking at least two workshops per year.
